Departure from the hotels in the morning to travel the 80 kilometers that separate El Calafate from the Perito Moreno Glacier — the only glacier in the world that continues to advance.
Along the way, you’ll discover stunning landscapes of the Andean foothills while skirting the southern shore of Lago Argentino.
After crossing the Centinela and Mitre rivers, the route continues to Brazo Rico, where you’ll enter Los Glaciares National Park. As you follow the shores of Lago Rico, you’ll begin to see icebergs floating on the water until finally, the breathtaking Perito Moreno Glacier reveals itself in all its grandeur — a true natural wonder declared a World Heritage Site by the United Nations.
You’ll have time to explore the network of walkways offering different views of the glacier and to enjoy lunch at the Snack Bar or at Restaurante Nativos.
